Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field.
• ASQ CQE Certification preferred or experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Quality Manual with Quality Management.
• Participates in annual updates and strategic planning.
• Develops quality control systems to meet specifications.
• Uses statistical/root cause analysis to review failures.
• Implements improvement initiatives and oversees changes.
• Reports quality metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Sales, Warranty, and Field Service.
• Ensures purchased parts meet engineering and customer specs.
• Directs workflow, schedules, and provides coaching.
