ITT is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Lancaster, PA. The internship runs May–August 2027, full-time (40 hours/week), at a pay rate of $25/hour. The role covers Mechanical and Quality Engineering projects with exposure to ITT Career Readiness programming.

Interns will support daily operations to meet quality requirements, investigate nonconforming products, trend data, plan dispositions, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related field.

Responsabilités

• Support daily business operations to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Investigate nonconforming product from internal or external sources and trend data.
• Plan product disposition and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, purchasing, planning, engineering, customer service, and suppliers.
