RTX Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to support the Quality Engineering team with data analysis, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to learn and apply QA processes and communicate findings effectively.

The internship emphasizes hands-on data analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and the documentation of best practices, inside an onsite environment with a comprehensive benefits framework.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will contribute to the success of our Quality Engineering team by supporting critical projects and initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance processes, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
