Job summary

RTX's Manchester, IA location invites you to join our aerospace quality team as a co-op/internship role focused on defects review, scrap analysis, and manufacturing support.

You'll analyze data for trends, participate in root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards. Candidates pursuing Bachelor's or advanced degrees in relevant engineering fields, with prior quality experience, are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

Qualifications

Must have

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an Aerospace Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the co‑op session.
  • Experience in quality‑related tasks.
  • Experience may be obtained through coursework, research, projects, or on‑the‑job experience.

We prefer

  • Prior internship, co‑op, or work experience with Raytheon Technologies (RTX).
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
