Job summary

DELMIAWorks is offering a hybrid internship in Pleasanton, CA, within the R&D Quality Engineering team. You will gain hands-on experience in automating tests across desktop, web, and API, while leveraging Ranorex, ReadyAPI, and Playwright.

You will learn to apply AI to testing using the LEO platform and contribute to validating ERP and MES workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in developing software test automation across UI, web, and API technologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP concepts, JSON, or API testing.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies applied to software development and testing.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES, accounting, manufacturing, or supply chain domains is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Expand automated test coverage using Ranorex, ReadyAPI, and Playwright across desktop, web, API, regression, and functional testing.
• Learn to drive test automation using Dassault Systèmes' LEO AI platform to accelerate test creation and improve efficiency.
• Develop API test automation using ReadyAPI to validate integrations and complex business workflows.
• Build and maintain modern web automation using Playwright with best practices for reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate as part of an Agile Scrum team to ensure product functionality meets user needs and requirements.
• Identify, document, investigate, and track software defects to support debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Analyze automation results and troubleshoot failures to distinguish product defects from environment or data issues.
