  • Review and update quality documentation and participate in group meetings.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to correct and prevent quality issues.
  • Assist in problem solving and implementing solutions to quality-related problems.

You will work alongside the Quality team to help identify and resolve quality issues, maintain quality documentation, support continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and other cross functional teams to ensure our products meet quality standards and customer expectations.**YOUR IMPACT***These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.** Responsible for supporting Quality Department Staff.* Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all customers.* Review and update quality documentation.* Actively participate in group and team meetings.* Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to correct and prevent quality issues.* Assist in problem solving and implementing solutions to quality related problems.* Assist staff with the disposition of defective material.* Participate in quality audits internally and externally.* Assist in supplier quality and process control.* Report and respond to quality process nonconformance issues in an expedient manner.* Work inter-functionally with Quality and Manufacturing to resolve quality related issues.* Must exhibit the ability to proactively complete assigned tasks.* Must be willing to complete additional advanced training/educational courses as required.* Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Current student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations Management/Business Administration, or a related field* Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS*** Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Experience with AutoCAD, Creo**WORKING CONDITIONS***The following represents general working conditions for this role.
