Job summary

Resonetics in San Diego is seeking a Quality Engineering Co-op student to support our Quality Engineering group on small-scale projects and tasks within larger initiatives. You will work under supervision to help with line layout, process mapping, drafting procedures, and fixture improvements.

The role emphasizes 5S and Lean Kaizen events, validating protocols, and presenting project results. Enrolled in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related technology program; second or third year

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or technology program.
• Interest in quality engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts.

This position will support the Quality Engineering group typically working as an assignee on smaller scale Quality Engineering projects or tasks related to larger scale Quality Engineering projects.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $20.00 to $24.00.
