Quality Engineering strives for timely issue resolution in the form of engineering changes, and/or the coordination of formally communicated measures for the Porsche Center network. Supporting the PEUS Quality Engineers, tasks involve working across all vehicle systems engineering disciplines to maintain continuous quality improvement.

The internship is expected to run from January 2027 through July 2027. This is a full-time, on-site internship requiring 40 hours per week. Interns are expected to work on-site five days per week. The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Lemon Law Repurchase Review: Technical review of repurchase cases and deeper investigation of repurchases initiated for technical reasons, in alignment with Customer Relations and Porsche Center teams. This information serves as an important quality metric.

  • Data Acquisition and Analysis: Collecting ground truth data to assist PAG development departments to understand issues, reducing the time associated with diagnosis and root cause analysis; Installing data acquisition equipment, writing appropriate configurations to capture data, and ensuring the recorded data is suitable for analysis through verification.
