Shield AI in Dallas is seeking a Quality Engineering Inspector to ensure conformance with production processes and quality standards in UAV manufacturing. You will inspect assemblies, interpret drawings, and document results to support precision and reliability across aircraft and subcomponents.
The role requires 1–3 years in aerospace quality, proficiency with inspection tools, and the ability to read technical documents. A related engineering degree is preferred and AS9100 knowledge is a plus.
The Quality Engineering Inspector is responsible for monitoring and ensuring conformance with production processes to ensure Quality Standards are met. The Quality Engineering Inspector is a critical role in the manufacturing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. As a Quality Engineering Inspector, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every aircraft and its subcomponents we produce meets the highest standards of precision and reliability.
