Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions seeks a Quality Engineering Co‑Op in Verona, WI to join the team full-time in-person for Spring/Summer 2027 or Summer/Fall 2027 commitments. You will bridge engineering, manufacturing and customer support, perform root-cause analysis, and support internal audits to improve quality processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills, including technical writing ability.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or another QMS is a plus.
• Experience with statistical process analysis methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between engineering, manufacturing and customer support to resolve quality issues.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and drive improvements in documentation and processes.
• Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits to ensure conformity.
