Qualifications

• Earned high school diploma, GED, or higher by June 2026.
• Must be attending or accepted to the Kettering University Co-op program.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Familiarity with data analysis, MS Excel, and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-ops will be based on-site at CTC Auburn Hills and Michigan assembly plants, working five days a week.
• Co-ops will rotate aligned with Kettering University co-op schedule, taking on project-oriented tasks.
• Contribute to quality engineering tasks, launches, metrics, and warranty data analysis.
• Engage in mentorship, networking events, and training to develop manufacturing/quality skills.
