Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in a regulated environment and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA/ISO regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • Experience in quality data analysis, complaint handling, and trending investigations.
  • Proficiency with Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain complaint tracking and reporting systems to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Evaluate medical and non-medical complaints, stability investigation requests, and determine the root causes of issues.
  • Analyze shipping, manufacturing, equipment, validation, and testing data to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Support root cause investigations and CAPA activities to drive quality improvements.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, JMP, SQL, and Python to communicate findings effectively.
