Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a quality related role.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing (weld/machining) environment.
• Familiarity with a formal Quality Management System.
• ISO led auditor certified or ability to obtain lead auditor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Champions problem solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Conducts internal audits to identify and correct deficiencies.
• Identifies and implements continuous improvement projects.
• Drives a 'Zero Defect' mentality within the organization.

Skills

Advanced problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to function independently of direct supervision

Familiarity with precision tools and measuring equipment

Education

H.S. diploma required

A.S. or B.S. in related field preferred
