Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a quality related role.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing (weld/machining) environment.
Familiarity with a formal Quality Management System.
ISO led auditor certified or ability to obtain lead auditor qualification.
Responsibilities
Champions problem-solving activities with plants and customers.
Initiates and tracks CARs resolution.
Supports quality improvement activities.
Conducts internal audits for procedural deficiencies.
Drives a 'Zero Defect' mentality.
Skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with precision tools and measuring equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
High School Diploma
A.S. or B.S. in a related field
