Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ISO-9001 in electro/mechanical manufacturing environments.
• 7+ years of PCB components fabrication, assembly, testing and soldering processes per IPC standards.
• 7+ years vetting PCB fabrication houses, contract manufacturers, and vendors for obsolete semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of IPC, Export Compliance, and Hazardous Area classification standards.
• Technical writing to create comprehensive process documents.
• Experience with mechanical assembly of downhole tools, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in FMEA and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Certifications in Electronics Manufacturing and IPC standards.
• Certified ISO or API Q1 Lead Auditor.
• Certified Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the site's Quality Management System and ensure ISO-9001 compliance.
• Develop Quality Improvement Plans targeting Zero Defects and COPQ reduction.
• Conduct audits across fabrication, assembly, procurement, planning, and customer service.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive CAPA actions.
• Manage NCR processes, tracking, reporting, and MRB activities.
• Develop Quality Control Plans to meet customer requirements and participate in contract reviews.
• Create standard procedures, test plans, work instructions, and quality templates.
• Monitor NCR/CPAR data and evaluate corrective action effectiveness.
• Oversee TMDE calibration programs and document control activities.
• Summarize quality performance data in monthly management reports.
• Interpret design data, BOMs, specs, and customer requirements.
• Perform supplier audits for PCB fabrication and contract manufacturers.
