Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead the Quality department and drive excellence in manufacturing operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee all quality functions, ensure compliance with Weatherford's Global QMS and customer requirements, and spearhead initiatives to achieve zero defects and quality escapes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial manufacturing with ISO 9001 or API Q1 experience, plus 5+ years in PCB assembly quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in industrial manufacturing with quality leadership.
• 5+ years in ISO 9001 or API Q1 quality systems.
• PCB assembly quality experience; IPC-610 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Quality dept and ensure ISO 9001/API Q1 compliance.
• Develop and implement quality plans and procedures.
• Oversee internal audits and certification adherence.
• Drive zero defects and cost of quality reduction initiatives.
• Manage calibration programs for TMDE and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, and operations to address issues.
• Interface with customers and auditors; perform CAPA tracking.
• Hire, train, and evaluate quality personnel; enforce Stop Work Authority.
