Ralliant Corporation, through PacSci EMC, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team in California. You will design and implement quality control systems, lead inspections of materials and finished products, and perform root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, maintain quality documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience are expected.
A Quality Engineer is a crucial member of a manufacturing team responsible for ensuring products meet industry standards, meet customer expectations, and legal requirements. They work towards optimizing the quality of production processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing quality control systems, developing and conducting tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions when needed. The Quality Engineer will also conduct audits of manufacturing processes and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
