Job summary

PacSci EMC is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Hollister, CA manufacturing team. You will design and implement quality controls, conduct inspections and tests, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards. The role involves audits, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing required.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge/certification in J-STD-001 and IPC-610 preferred.

Hollister, CA, United StatesSummary:A Quality Engineer is a crucial member of a manufacturing team responsible for ensuring products meet industry standards, meet customer expectations, and legal requirements. They work towards optimizing the quality of production processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing quality control systems, developing and conducting tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions when needed.
