Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive warranty improvements and product quality across projects and production. You will work with PMO, Engineering, Testing, Field Service, and Sales to translate field lessons into improved designs and processes.

The role blends proactive quality planning with hands-on warranty investigation, root cause analysis, and resolving issues to reduce warranty exposure. Occasional on-site support and travel up to 40% are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3–7 years of related experience.
ASQ CQE or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with failure analysis and root cause investigation techniques.

Responsibilities

Monitor the end-to-end warranty process from claim validation to cost tracking.
Lead containment actions and corrective actions to ensure long-term effectiveness.
Conduct teardown analysis and evaluation of field failures to determine root causes.
Lead contract and project risk reviews using warranty and field performance data.
Develop project-specific quality plans and CTQ requirements.
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on warranty reduction and product improvement.
Travel up to 40%.
