Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Science, or related field.
• Experience or exposure to a regulated environment (GMP/cGMP preferred).
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support customer complaint investigations by extracting and analyzing quality data.
• Investigate deviations and quality events within Quality Systems and assist with closure activities and documentation.
