Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, science, or related field.
- Experience or exposure to a regulated GMP/cGMP environment.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking ability and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support customer complaint investigations by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting quality data.
- Investigate online deviations, failure modes, and other quality events within Quality Systems.
- Support closure activities and documentation in a regulated environment.
