Weastec, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer in Ohio to own reject-resolution processes and lead root-cause analyses with permanent countermeasures. You will serve as the primary quality liaison for customers and collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve processes.
Expect travel and involvement in new model launches and warranty investigations. You will develop data-driven quality reports, drive containment actions, and ensure compliance with quality systems and standards
The Quality Engineer is responsible for controlling and resolving quality rejects identified in-house and across overseas TEC plants, driving containment, root cause analysis and ensuring permanent countermeasures. This role serves as a key quality liaison between customers, suppliers, and global manufacturing partners, supporting warranty issue resolution, new model launches, and continuous improvement of quality systems and standards.
