Responsibilities

• Lead purchase order and specification reviews to translate customer requirements into operator instructions.
• Act as customer advocate (Voice of the Customer).
• Drive process improvements, including corrective/preventive actions and deviations.
• Ensure completion of customer verification (e.g., FAIR) and submission to the customer.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain a proactive engagement culture and strong supplier relationships.
