Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Quality Engineer to support plant-wide quality improvements, manage PPAP processes, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with statistical tools. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of production processes, machines, tools, incl. design and uses.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer issues and ensure testing requirements are met.
• Oversee PPAP process with suppliers.
• Ensure production meets quality specifications.
• Maintain calibration records and equipment.
• Provide on-site support to customers/suppliers as needed.
• Support prototype builds and documentation.
