Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or Materials.
• Strong circuit analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of corrective, containment, and preventive actions.
• Ability to review data sets to identify patterns and root causes.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect PCBs for soldering defects per IPC standards.
• Set up test equipment for functional, environmental, and life testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to define process parameters.
• Prepare quality reports and monitor quality performance metrics.
