Job summary

Princeton Tool Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing critical hardware for defense programs. The role involves real-time problem-solving, working closely with production teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years in a quality role, preferably with experience in AS9100-certified environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quality functional role, preferably in AS9100 environment.
• Experience with turbine components, complex castings, or tight-tolerance machining.
• Ability to work a second shift schedule, typical hours 3p–1130p.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for quality issues on the production floor.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and validate improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
