Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field required.
• 2–5 years of professional engineering experience in metals.
• Minitab or similar statistics software experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with audits and process improvements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to projects to improve process control and product quality.
• Support quality control for RM, EB, PAM, VAR and Powder products.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality issues and nonconformances.
• Participate in internal quality audits and regulatory audits.
• Implement SPC controls for critical parameters and new technologies.
• Maintain quality metrics and report quality status regularly.
• Assist with supplier quality and change management (MOC).
