Job Description

• Develop inspection plans for metal fabricated parts and assemblies
• Lead all PPAP activity
• Handle root cause analysis and corrective actions as a result of customer complaints when they arise
• Assist in ISO9001 and IATF16949 audits
• Engage with cross-functional teams on new product launches - PFMEA, MSA activity

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a metal fabrication environment
• Experience working with springs or metal wires a plus
• Strong understanding of ISO9001 required - IATF a plus
• Ability to handle PFMEA and MSA activity
• Willingness to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Experience with first article inspection and final product inspections, as well as developing inspection plans
