Solventum is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Brookings, SD site, where you will support the Medical Technologies business and represent the customer in manufacturing. You will drive improvements through root cause analysis and CAPA, analyze data, and collaborate across functions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. On-site work in Brookings with up to 10% travel and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Experience communicating with stakeholders through verbal discussions, presentations, and written communications.
• Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Experience analyzing data to support investigations, process improvements, or decision-making activities.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
