Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations, develop quality systems, and drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated medical manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in quality engineering, experience with precision measuring equipment, and knowledge of Six Sigma, PFMEA, and SPC. Domestic relocation support is included as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with internal and external customers is preferred.
• Experience using multiple types of precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support quality activities across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans for new and existing products.
• Lead CAPA initiatives and MRB processes.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Conduct process capability and SPC analysis.
• Program and support inspection equipment and audits.
