Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Quality Engineer to identify defects on the shop floor, document issues, and drive corrective actions across production lines. You will perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving techniques and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence. You should be comfortable working on the shop floor, supporting best practices for defect prevention, variation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 0-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality engineering.
• Familiarity with quality tools like root cause analysis, 5 Why, and Fishbone diagrams.

• Requirements:

• Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 07 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality engineering.
• Basic understanding of quality tools such as root cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes and shop floor environment preferred
• Minimum years of experience: 0-7 years
