Job summary

You will perform FAI and dimensional inspections, create FAIR packages, generate NCRs and review shipments for compliance, using calibrated gauges and precision measuring equipment on low-volume, high-complexity components.

Qualifications

  • Quality Engineering, Quality Inspection or Quality Technician background.
  • Strong FAI and NCR reporting experience.
  • Machining, manufacturing, job shop or precision manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Aerospace, Defense, Automotive or similar precision manufacturing experience.
  • Experience using precision measurement equipment and gauges.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

Are you a Quality Engineer, Inspector or Technician looking to join a growing aerospace manufacturer offering long-term stability, career progression and the opportunity to work on highly complex, precision-machined components?

This role would suit someone from a machining, job shop or precision manufacturing environment with experience in first article inspection, dimensional inspection and quality documentation, looking to build a long-term career with a growing organization.

The Role:
  • Perform FAI and dimensional inspections on precision-machined components

  • Monday-Friday, 1st shift with flexible start times
