Position Summary:
Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards and evaluation methods for products and processes. Ensure the organization complies with applicable company and customer requirements including AS9100 and FAA standards as established in AA TECH’s Quality Management System. Provides complex statistical information for quality improvement by determining and applying testing methods and criteria. The Quality Engineer LP2 will provide front line support to operations and suppliers in resolving quality issues within the value streams. Coordinates and guides technical evaluations, analysis, and related data acquisition processes to ensure quality objectives are achieved. Mentors and coaches quality technicians and engineers (PB2, PB1,LP3).
