Job summary

Advanced Atomization Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer (LP2) in Clyde, NY.

The role focuses on developing, maintaining and improving quality standards, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and FAA, and providing frontline support to operations and suppliers to resolve issues across value streams. The LP2 engineer mentors technicians and engineers, leads advanced statistical analyses, and supports customer submissions as part of the quality management system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of manufacturing quality experience or Master’s with 5 years.
• Strong GD&T experience and application across projects.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare First Article Inspection reports.
• Perform advanced data analysis to drive quality improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of GE DSQR and related certifications.
• Serve as Internal Auditor and participate in QMS updates.
• Lead APQP/PPAP documentation and customer submissions.
• Support NPI and product quality through data-driven actions.
• Monitor quality performance and drive corrective actions.

Position Summary:

Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards and evaluation methods for products and processes. Ensure the organization complies with applicable company and customer requirements including AS9100 and FAA standards as established in AA TECH’s Quality Management System. Provides complex statistical information for quality improvement by determining and applying testing methods and criteria. The Quality Engineer LP2 will provide front line support to operations and suppliers in resolving quality issues within the value streams. Coordinates and guides technical evaluations, analysis, and related data acquisition processes to ensure quality objectives are achieved. Mentors and coaches quality technicians and engineers (PB2, PB1,LP3).

Required Qualifications:
