Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Quality Engineer in New Berlin, Wisconsin, to support the development and maintenance of our Quality System. The role focuses on ensuring products meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality levels.

You will manage customer and supplier inquiries, utilize gages and lab equipment, review Supplier Quality Agreements, and contribute to PPAP, FMEA, and Continuous Improvement projects while supporting R&D and machine trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with quality systems experience.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred; CQE a plus.
• Experience with ISO documentation systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries from customers and suppliers, resolving quality issues promptly.
• Use gages and lab equipment to identify and qualify materials.
