Job summary
A leading technology manufacturer in Liberty, SC is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure consistent application of quality techniques. This role involves problem identification, product evaluation, and quality monitoring. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and experience in quality improvement tools. Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing factory certified to AS9100, or ISO 9001.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints / CAD Drawings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and record problems relating to product lines.
- Assist in the evaluation and qualification of new product designs.
- Monitor and support site quality objectives.
- Lead performance improvement projects.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Electrical Engineering preferred
ASQ and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Experience with quality system improvement tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
