Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and tools (FMEA, SPC, RCA, Control Plans, Gauge R&R, MSA, Capability Studies).
• Ability to read and interpret complex part drawings using GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Support production with quality tools to ensure superior product quality.
• Lead issue resolution for drivetrain components using QIT and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and execute cross-functional quality projects.
• Apply structured problem-solving and statistical methods to manufacturing challenges.
• Manage and update control plans for processes.
• Drive warranty improvement projects and shop floor quality efforts.
