Jobot is seeking a dynamic Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing-focused team in a permanent role. You will drive quality systems, perform audits, and partner with suppliers and production to ensure products meet stringent standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering (CQE preferred), 5+ years in quality engineering, and strong FMEA/Kaizen proficiency. The role offers full benefits and is based on-site in the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• CQE certification is preferred for the role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of quality control methods and standards.
• Experience conducting audits and developing QC plans.
• Proficiency with FMEA and Kaizen techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality control plans to meet standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of engineering processes and products.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality.
• Work with manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Apply FMEA to anticipate issues and drive solutions.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve processes and products.
• Monitor and report quality KPI performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor team members on QC procedures and standards.
