Job summary

Weasler Engineering Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain and audit our ISO 9001 quality management system and ensure products meet customer requirements.

You will lead quality checks across existing products and new launches, work with engineering and shop floor teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and variation. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong problem-solving, and proactive corrective actions with attention to customer portals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform product and process audits and drive performance metrics.
• Ensure control plans and documents are implemented and maintained.
• Assist in quality awareness training.
• Monitor ISO 9001 compliance.
• Write and review system and product procedures and work instructions.
• Support new product development and changes to meet customer requirements.
