Job summary

nVent is seeking a seasoned Quality professional to drive the ISO 9001:2015 program and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments. You will lead corrective actions and apply robust quality tools to ensure reliable products for our customers.

As a key partner to engineering and operations, you will champion root cause analysis, data-driven decisions, and systematic process enhancements that strengthen our global quality posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools is highly desirable.
• Validated multi-year experience in a Quality Role.
• Multiple years of ISO 9000 program leadership.
• Quality experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ years).
• Sheet metal fabrication or electronic assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement in products and processes to achieve high quality and customer happiness.
• Oversee corrective action system, supervise open actions, review customer responses, and audit effectiveness.
• Perform root cause analysis using 5-whys, fishbone diagrams, and change analysis.
• Apply statistical quality methods (SPC, SQC, DOE, ANOVA, GR&R, Hypothesis testing) for continuous improvement.
• Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 program.
