Varian Medical Systems, a Siemens Healthineers company, seeks a Quality Engineer for Scottsdale, AZ, to be the site’s primary quality engineering resource across manufacturing, inspection, supplier quality, and quality systems in an ISO 9001:2015 environment.

You will perform root cause investigations, CAPA, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering with 5+ years in quality/manufacturing.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and establishing QMS.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or similar.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Onsite full-time in Scottsdale, AZ.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a key quality engineering resource across manufacturing, inspection, supplier quality, and quality systems.
• Define and maintain quality system processes and documentation for ISO 9001:2015.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring products meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Develop inspection methods and acceptance criteria for quality control.
• Lead supplier quality activities and CAPA follow-ups.
• Investigate nonconformances and drive timely resolutions.
• Lead CAPA investigations and containment actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Report KPIs like yield and defect trends.
• Support new product introductions and process validations.
• Participate in internal audits and management reviews.
