Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
• Or (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Or (3) years of experience may be considered with a Master’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Learn manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency and cost improvements.
• Lead nonconforming product resolution and create containment action plans.
• Compile, audit, and approve compliance documentation.
• Participate in customer quality concerns and internal meetings.
• Define rework procedures for nonconforming materials.
• Review customer quality notes for quotes and purchase orders.
• Lead medium-scope internal audits for compliance.
