Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC/inspection experience.
• Experience with process improvement and regulatory compliance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformities.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency.
• Review technical specifications and develop project inspection plans.
• Review supplier procedures and manage supplier quality issues.
• Participate in supplier qualifications and audits.
