Job summary

Bivar is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer III to enhance product quality, process excellence, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and collaborating across functions to resolve quality challenges.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to support Bivar’s commitment to excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
• 4+ years of Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical role.
• Working experience with Quality Management System (QMS) support, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools and principles.
• Experience with supplier and customer quality systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive product quality across the organization.
• Improve processes to enhance quality management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers/customers to deliver quality solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

4+ years in Quality Engineering/related roles

QMS ISO/regulatory knowledge

Lean/Six Sigma tooling

Supplier & customer quality systems

Strong analytical & communication skills

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer III to help drive product quality, process excellence, and customer satisfaction across our organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional, analytical and collaborative, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across functions, and partnering with customers and suppliers to deliver effective quality solutions to support Bivar’s continued profitability, growth and commitment to excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical role.
