Job summary

Holtec International is a U.S.-based energy technology company with multiple operations in the United States and around the world. We are hiring a Quality Engineer to provide the technical foundation for compliance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NQA-1, ASME sections and ISO 9000, and to oversee supplier and manufacturing quality activities.

You will coach teams, perform audits, analyze defects, and participate in defining supplier quality plans, work instructions, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or equivalent; mechanical or industrial preferred.
• AS degree with QA-related work accepted.
• High school diploma plus 3 years QA experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical foundation to develop/ support Holtec operations for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee supplier and manufacturing compliance; guide teams accordingly.
• Coach suppliers and manufacturing on compliance; escalate quality issues as needed.
• Review product procedures and processes with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Lead corrective actions and supplier audits to ensure conformity to standards.
