Job summary

Draper in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Quality Engineer 2 to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. You will review SOWs, design plans, procedures, and tests, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze data for trends, support manufacturing and product development, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality frameworks while delivering reliable, defect-free solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in quality engineering.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Improve manufacturing, process, and product efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Support development or operations with inspection analysis.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
