In this capacity, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for both UI and API functionalities. Your role will involve close collaboration with the QA team to ensure these automated tests are integrated effectively into our CI/CD pipelines.**Essential Functions:*** Technical – deep experience in integrating a strong software development background with a passion for the discipline of Quality Engineering.* Create and maintain automated UI and API tests* Write and execute Test Case to ensure development outputs meet defined specification cases in coordination with Business requirements and Technical Specifications* Pinpoint and rectify inconsistencies within card program setting controls, ensuring accurate configurations* Document software defects using JIRA bug tracking system* Be able to use Test Case Management tools such as Zephyr* Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes* Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution* Participate in test case reviews and ensure requirements traceability, proper coverage* Perform Exploratory, Functional, Integration, UI, back-end testing, White box/Black box testing.
