Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of quality/manufacturing engineering experience for Level I, or 3+ years for Level II in a fast-paced, high-volume plant.
• Advanced understanding of statistical process controls and its implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply Quality Science methods and tools to ensure high product/process quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and test methods.
• Use root cause analysis and CAPA to address quality issues.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to address quality challenges proactively.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to monitor supplier quality and performance.
