In this exciting role as the Quality Engineer II, you will support the released product Quality Engineering group. You will lead design change qualifications for commercial products and support the group on various change reviews.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into finished or semi-finished products.
  2. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  3. Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and equipment.
  4. Specify inspection and testing mechanisms, conduct quality assurance tests, and perform statistical analysis to assess product quality and responsibility.
  5. Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards and documentation compliance.
  6. Specialize in areas such as design, incoming materials, production control, product evaluation, reliability, inventory control, or R&D as they relate to quality.

Location: Irvine, CA

Travel: 25% or less

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, ensure these are evident on your resume:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with no experience
Preferred Qualifications

Experience doing technical writing, giving oral presentations, and proficiency with software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Minitab. Experience with quality tools, risk analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving approaches is also preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Our benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, life insurance, disability leave, tuition reimbursement, and well-being programs. Salary ranges for U.S. locations (excluding PR) are $76,800 - $115,200, with eligibility for incentive plans and other benefits.
