Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years in product development or automotive quality.
- Strong fundamentals in design risk management for mechanical or mechatronic systems.
- Ability to influence without authority and facilitate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead DFMEA, Component Specification, and Designation Safety‑Relevant (DS) processes to drive early risk visibility.
- Ensure DFMEA findings translate to clear actions, requirements, and mitigations.
- Author and review quality‑related specification content for systems and components.
